The Fondation du CHUM Centre d’évaluation de santé (CES) is a preventive health assessment centre. With its advanced medical technology, the CES offers a complete range of world-class services in a quiet, reassuring environment...where a dynamic, experienced medical team spares no effort to meet client needs.

The CES service that attracts the most visitors is our complete health assessment. This includes a medical consultation, physical examination, complete blood work, electrocardiogram (ECG) resting and post-exertion and a detailed medical report with the assessing physician’s recommendations.

After the assessment is done, our CES team continues to monitor the patient for a full year. The centre will also arrange appointments with specialists, when necessary.

Other services available include laboratory tests, special vaccinations and an emergency call-in line. Our healthcare professionals also provide diagnostic tests in cardiology and kinesiology, supervised rehabilitation plans and much more.
